KAM Council Connections is a gathering for coffee, treats, and conversation about art. The goal is to provide an opportunity for Council members to learn about art in the Krannert Art Museum collection and get to know one another better.
The next KAM Council Connections will be held on Wednesday, May 16. Attendance will be limited to the first 20 members who RSVP to the invitation, which will be emailed to Council Members in mid-April. Although it is not a requirement, each Council member who attends is encouraged to invite a potential new Council member to join them and to RSVP for that guest as well.
Council members who RSVP will be sent a link to one of four artworks that will be discussed at KAM Council Connections. Attendees can view the selected work before the meeting, and if they choose to find out more about the artist, the time period, or the methods used in creating the artwork, these details can be shared with the group during the discussion.
Please note: This event is for KAM Council members only. KAM Council is an organization of individuals in the community who support the work of the museum; it is open to any museum member. For more information on joining, or if you are a current council member with a question on this event, please email KAM or call 244.0516.
