Join KAM and the African Students Organization to visit and talk about African art and World on the Horizon: Swahili Arts Across the Indian Ocean. Together, we will ask What is Global African art? and How can we de-colonize the museum?

KAM's Global Africa Community Forum Series invites the community and campus to explore areas of shared experience around the art of Africa and the African diaspora. Discussion leaders for this event will include graduate students Susan Akello Ogwal, Anne Lutomia, Abby Asangba, and exhibition curator of World on the Horizon Allyson Purpura.

All are welcome to join the conversation.
