Krannert Art Museum is eager to partner with university units, RSOs, and community organizations to bring dynamic and engaging programs and events to the campus community. The museum invites requests for cosponsorship throughout the year. Cosponsorships may request either budgetary support or the in-kind donation of resources or support, such as the use of space at KAM, assistance with circulating promotional materials, staffing support, or other nonmonetary contributions. A limited amount of cosponsorship funding is available for events and programs. Applications are received on a rolling basis, and once funds are exhausted, this page will be updated with that information. Organizations can apply for in-kind support at any time.
Please note that all organizations and individuals seeking collaboration are expected to follow the guidelines put forth in KAM’s Event Policy detailing expectations, necessary permits, and event planning steps.
Eligibility
To request cosponsorship, organizations must represent one of the following:
- Campus unit
- Community organization/nonprofit
- Registered student organization (in good standing)
To Apply
To seek cosponsorship for programs or events, campus units, RSOs, and community organizations should complete this form outlining the request. Depending on the scope of the event, applicants should aim to submit cosponsorship requests a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the proposed program for full consideration. More extensive collaboration may require 2–3 months of advanced planning at a minimum. Please be advised that submitting this form does not guarantee sponsorship by Krannert Art Museum. Completed forms will be reviewed by a committee of KAM staff representatives and decisions will be conveyed via email within 7–14 business days. KAM reserves the right to reach out to applicants for clarification or additional information to assist in the committee’s determination.
