KAM is located at the corner of Sixth Street and Peabody Drive on campus at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.


Parking is available in the museum lot at the corner of Peabody Drive and Sixth Street. (Lot E19)

On weekends and every day after 5 pm, parking in this and other campus lots is free.

Monday–Friday until 5 pm, parking is metered in the museum lot. (Note, this lot has some spaces designated to accommodate visitors with a valid state disability placard or plate.)

Metered museum parking is also available at the front of the museum on Peabody Drive. When using spaces marked with the Krannert Art Museum Parking sign, please request a window parking pass from the attendant in the lobby to post on your dashboard. Campus meters must still be paid during hours of operation, but your parking pass will desginate you as a museum visitor.
