Join us in the Art + Design building for Nia Movement and Restorative Yoga, where Bethamie Wyatt will lead participants in moving energy through the body for optimal health and wellbeing.

Bethamie Wyatt is an experienced, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, and founder of B’moved Healing Therapies providing emotion release therapy, as well as, Nia holistic dance, Restorative Yoga, Group Meditations, and Self-Care Coaching.

She holds a Master's Degree in Women's Studies with a concentration in women's health education from Eastern Michigan University. For over 15 years, she has provided supportive health education workshops focusing on the physical social and emotional health of women and girls.
