Not Ready to Make Nice: Guerrilla Girls in the Artworld and Beyond, installation at Krannert Art Museum, 2014.
Resource

The Response Wall takes works from the collection, uses them to respond to current issues, and asks visitors to give their feedback. Students, University of Illinois faculty and staff, and community members are all encouraged to identify questions, select works, and write the text (but we are happy to help you find the right works in the collection too).

Our collection of over 10,000 objects can tell endless stories, including ones that connect directly to current events and enduring concerns.

We want to know what you think. What issues are most important to you? Let us know: Response Wall Suggestion.

If you'd like to include a specific suggestion of a work of art, please feel free. Only about 5% of our collection can be on display in the galleries at any time, but more than 95% of can be viewed online. [Explore the Collection] So, take a look and let us know what you'd like to see. If you can't find what you're looking for, we'll be glad to suggest art that connects to your suggestion.

The Response Wall typically changes about six times a year, but we can respond more quickly, should current events warrant it.
