Studio Art Days are designated days and times in the Contemporary gallery for Black girls living in Champaign-Urbana and surrounding areas to activate their creative and interior lives with members of Saving Our Lives Hear Our Truths (SOLHOT).

Artwork, performance, and designs envisioned and created during Studio Art Days will be installed and showcased in the exhibition during spring/summer 2021.

Participation in Studio Art Days must be arranged in advance due to reduced gallery capacity during fall semester. If you would like to participate, please contact the curator Blair Ebony Smith.
