As part of the "Making Place for the Arts at Home: Performance and Midcentury Modern Architecture" exhibition at Krannert Art Museum, you're invited to attend a panel discussion on Midcentury Modern Architecture Preservation, during National Preservation Month.

The discussion will highlight regional experts:
• Quinn Adamowski, Landmarks Illinois – Joliet
• Elizabeth Blasius, Preservation Futures – Chicago
• Christopher Enck, Founder, The Burnham Group – Champaign

The panel will be moderated by Prof. Kathryn E. Holliday, Randall J. Biallas Professor of Historic Preservation and American Architectural History at the U of I School of Architecture. This event explores the significance of preserving the iconic designs of the mid-20th century and highlights the ongoing efforts to protect these architectural gems.

The exhibition and discussion celebrate the intersection of art, architecture, and history, offering both inspiration and insight into the preservation of Midcentury Modern design.
