SPEAK stands for Song, Poetry, Art, and Knowledge. It is an open-mic public performance space at Krannert Art Museum curated by local artist Shaya Robinson, featuring guest performers and welcoming all to the mic.

In this iteration of SPEAK Café, we will gather to share work inspired by the days of summer. SPEAK stands for Song, Poetry, Expression, Art, and Knowledge. It is an open-mic public performance space at Krannert Art Museum curated by local artist, Shaya Robinson, featuring guest performers and welcoming all to the mic. In this summer iteration, we’re partnering with Gallery Art Bar in downtown Urbana to bring SPEAK Café to the community! This event is free and open to the public. This event includes ASL interpretation.
