The ARTSPEAK Teen Art Exhibition highlights the creative work of Rantoul Township High School students participating in the ArtSpeak Museum Internship Program through Krannert Art Museum. Students participated in a daylong field trip exploring artwork on view and museum work, alongside interactive activities in the galleries and independent sketching time with an artwork of their choice, culminating in artworks inspired by the museum's collection.
The ARTSPEAK Teen Art Exhibition includes works by Damien Brewer-Barnett, Ahliya Cosby Smith, Alana (River) Kibler, Sophia Maltos, Haven Martin, Sonya McDowell, Christopher Morton, Gianna Richards, Kevin Robinson, Elaina (Kai) Salcido, Destiny Sellers, Aubreyana Thompson, Octavia Thompson, Treyvonne Cunningham, and Samantha Robinson.
Made possible with support from Rantoul School District 193 together with educators, Allison O'Hearn, Andrea Cox, and Krannert Art Museum's Community Engagement and Learning Department staff: Rachel Lauren Storm, Assistant Director of Community Engagement and Learning, and Kamila Glowacki, Assistant Curator of Community Engagement and Learning.
