This position requires a high level of art handling and technical installation expertise. Having spent more than two decades in conservation and art installation, including project administration for Chicago-based NFA Space, Fox will bring significant skills and experience to his new role at KAM.

KAM staff was impressed with Tim’s knowledge of exhibition production and his abilities, including his experience with art conservation and framing. Kim Sissons, collection manager at the museum, believes that experience will enhance the ability of the museum to care for works of art in house.

“Collection care is incredibly important,” she states, “and we’re looking forward to the conservation expertise Tim can contribute to this position.”

Tim will join the museum team as we continue to plan high quality exhibition and educational experiences for the coming year. He replaces longtime KAM staff member Eric Lemme, who retired in February after 30 years of service.

We welcome Tim Fox to our museum and campus community.
